Every tradition starts at some time.

Our tradition started when the firm was founded as S PoweR s.r.o. in 1990 in Bratislava. It's main activities were development and production of high quality electronic equipment and later on the company started to engage in various business activities. The object of development were primarily stabilized power supplies and logical probes. Business activities were specialized mainly on import of electronic components.

Four years later the associates'  founded  two  independent  companies  that have taken  over  the activities  of  company S PoweR s.r.o.: business company S PoweR export-import s.r.o., and company S PoweR product s.r.o. specialized purely on development and manufacturing of electronic devices.

The company S PoweR product s.r.o. was founded in February, 1994 with domicile in Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia, and factory in Ostry Grun, a small village in the middle of Slovakia.

The management accentuates in our own development of electronics. That was one of the conditions of advancing the company to specified goal:

Three basic lines were established in company step by step, in which all marketing, development and production capacities were concentrated:

• stabilized power supplies
• ultrasound
• other products

The first two are taking great share in stability of the company. In line "other products" are focused short-term projects and products with specific orientation.

In the middle of the nineties we began to work in the area of ultrasonic. In the beginning it was ultrasonic generators for cleaners supplied upon business relationships. Gradually this activity has expanded into other field of ultrasonic applications. In recent times we develop mainly:

• ultrasonic cleaning
• ultrasonic cutting
• ultrasonic pressing
• ultrasonic welding

Amongst certain components applied daily in management process, marketing, development, production and sale pertain quality and seriousness.

Systematic knowledge improvement, ability to assume responsibility and control over the work, these are the principal conditions for achieving the company's success. Good tradition usually endures, especialy if it is based on good grounds and supported by the whole team and particularly when it is well-founded on simple company's philosophy:
